Rain in Cumbria? Yes, surprising as it may sound, today has been a tad inclement to say the least. The Wife was on a split shift today so I asked her to drive me into Workington town centre at lunchtime to enable me to hand deliver my acceptance of Stagecoach's job offer to their Murray Rd. HQ. In the two months we've been living here I have to say we've been more than fortunate with the weather and had more than our fair share of sunny days, so I think we were owed this one.
